Hi, I’m Elena, a Senior Art Director based in Athens, Greece, with 11+ years of experience in top digital, UI/UX and advertising agencies. I enjoy creating thoughtful visual and digital experiences and I’m always open to new challenges.
My current role in Ogilvy includes managing designers, giving creative and art direction on their work, mentoring them, and helping the team deliver under tight deadlines and heavy workload. I am working with other teams like motion designers, art directors, external designers that I guide them according the needs of each project.
I also have a digital background in UI/UX design, have designed websites, dashboards, design systems, desktop platforms and apps from UX to UI, including A/B testing with real users. I have trained design interns in Ogilvy and have mentored junior UI designers and design interns on previous work role. I enjoy taking ownership, staying always organised, and remaining calm under any work pressure.
At the moment, I’m also developing my own candle brand, ooh.καίει — a personal project that brings together design, hands-on making, and brand building. When I’m not designing, you’ll find me gardening, working with clay, or staying active with running and CrossFit.
